Clinical Supervision

Offering collaborative, and nonjudgemental Clinical Supervision to student therapists and Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re exploring clinical supervision opportunities. Whether you’re a student completing your education to become a counsellor or a Registered Psychotherapist working toward Independent Status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I’m here to support your growth into a confident, well-rounded therapist.

One of the most essential aspects of our work as therapists is ongoing clinical supervision. Supervision ensures safe, ethical, and high-quality care for clients while providing a space for professional development.

What to Expect

  • Develop your Safe and Effective Use of Self (SEUS)
  • Gain support navigating challenging client cases
  • Deepen understanding of presenting issues and interventions
  • Strengthen counselling skills and core competencies
  • Explore different therapeutic modalities and case conceptualizations
  • Build confidence in your professional identity and therapeutic approach

About Me

I bring over 7 years of clinical experience, specializing in attachment-based, and culturally responsive therapy for adults. My approach is eclectic, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness-based techniques, with creative, expressive methods to support emotional growth. I work primarily with adults (16+) experiencing relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, and attachment issues.

Supervision Approach

My supervision style is flexible, collaborative, and candid. I value a balance of constructive feedback and supportive guidance, while honoring your natural instincts as a therapist. You entered this profession for a reason—I’m here to help you nurture your inherent strengths and foster both personal and professional growth.

I also provide business-oriented supervision for therapists navigating private practice, including developing processes, client management strategies, and ethical practice considerations.
